Scholarship for moms that want to go back to school?

I’m a stay at home mom that would love to go back to school ASAP! With my fiance’s income is not possible for me to do that but now I know there’s a law from Obama for moms to be able to return to school. I would love to go back to school so bad. I live in Texas but would love to do school online to stay home with my 10 month old son and since I don’t have a car right now it’s a must. I’m interested in nursing and I’m also interested in Graphic Design. Was wondering if any of you guys know how can I get this grant to go back to school…? If any of you know what are good schools in Plano, TX/online or online period that offer one of the fields I’m interested in and that offer the scholarship for moms…? Will appreciate all the help and answers.
