Why do I change careers all the time?

I started out in the Medical Field in HS I got my Medical Assistant degree. Then I couldn’t find a job I liked to I got a job at a daycare because I wanted to work with kids. I now have my real estate license because I made $7 an hour. How I want to go to school for a kindergarten teacher or be a child counsler. I cannot decide what I want to do, and I feel so stupid for changing my mind all the time. There is something called a CDA which would enable me to be a daycare teacher. I am 21 and not sure what I want to do in life, there are so many things I would like to work in. Why can’t I just decide?! Thanks for your answers!
